SMS Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the Ai Neural Marketing LLC text messaging program and supplement our Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
The AiNeural SMS program is a customer care program. Enrolled subscribers receive two-way conversational support messages from our team and reminders relating to their account, onboarding steps, scheduled calls, and outstanding optimization tasks. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising content of any kind.
2. How to Opt In
Enrollment is voluntary and requires your express written consent. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages on an AiNeural form or account settings screen, by providing verbal or written consent to an AiNeural representative and confirming it by text, or by replying START to our program number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from Ai Neural Marketing LLC.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Because this is a two-way customer care and reminder program, the number of messages you receive depends on your support activity and your scheduled account milestones.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out — STOP
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent from this program. To rejoin, reply START at any time or contact us to re-enroll.
6. How to Get Help — HELP
For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@aineuralmarketing.com or 754-457-8084. Replying HELP returns our contact information and opt-out instructions.
7. Carriers and Delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Your Responsibilities
- You must be the account holder of, or have authority to enroll, the mobile number you provide.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
- You must notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or is deactivated, so that messages are not delivered to a subsequent holder of that number.
9. Information Collected Through SMS
Through this program we collect your mobile telephone number, the date and method of your consent, the content and timestamps of messages exchanged, and delivery status information. This information is used solely to operate the customer care program, to respond to your requests, and to maintain proof of consent as required by law.
10. Mobile Information Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party, except service providers acting on our behalf strictly for the purpose of delivering the messaging program.
11. Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue this program, in whole or in part, at any time. Where a change materially affects enrolled subscribers, we will provide notice by text message or email before the change takes effect.
