3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you request a demo, create an account, submit a form, contact support, or provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages. We collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and applications. We collect advertising platform data only after you grant explicit OAuth authorization, and only to the scope you approve.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve our software and services.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer care, including two-way SMS support conversations.
• To send service, appointment, onboarding, and task reminders that you have requested.
• To analyze advertising account performance and generate the recommendations and tasks that constitute our service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your mobile number for any purpose other than the SMS program you consented to.

5. SMS Program and Mobile Information

Mobile telephone numbers are collected only where you have provided them and given express written consent to receive text messages from Ai Neural Marketing LLC. The AiNeural SMS program is a customer care program: it is used exclusively for two-way conversational support messages and for reminders relating to your account, onboarding, and scheduled activities. It is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Withdrawal of SMS consent does not affect your ability to use our services through other channels, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving service.

6. Sharing of Information

We share information only as follows: (a) with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, messaging delivery, analytics, and payment processing, each bound by contractual confidentiality and use restrictions; (b) with advertising platforms to the extent required to carry out the actions you authorize within your own account; (c) where required by law, subpoena, or lawful government request; (d) to protect our rights, users, or the security of our systems; and (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy. We do not share mobile information or SMS consent data for third-party marketing under any circumstances.

• Unsubscribe from email communications using the link in any email.
• Revoke Google Ads OAuth authorization at any time through your Google account settings.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
